The bits people ask about

Is it appropriate to send a group card when someone is seriously ill?
In our experience it is one of the kindest things you can do, as long as the tone is gentle. Messages are read at the person's own pace, on their own phone, whenever they feel up to it.
Can a family member open it for them?
Yes. The reveal link works on any phone or tablet, so a partner or parent can open it and read the messages aloud if that is easier.
Can we send it more than once?
The reveal link keeps working after the card is opened, so they can come back to it as often as they like. Many people do.
